Vintage WenMac Walt Disney's Tomorrowland Space Carnival. I believe this is 3 different Carnival Rides by what the instruction sheet shows. This looks to be in good used condition for it's age, some of clear plastic pieces have tape, one is cracked. This may be missing a some parts, but not sure, there are a lot of parts as you can see in the photos.
