It has a balloon theme, with Goofy and Mickey sitting on the base. The lamp measures roughly 18 inches tall and is about 10 inches in diameter at the top.
All the pieces are made of soft plastic, with a lamp shade of balloons that splits in two to replace the bulb. The cord is original but looks in good condition.Overall it does show shelf wear and age but is in good shape. The top of the pedestal has a bit of fading.
